Right, so I finally managed to get my first game in with the Khador Colossal and I make a huge error with it during the course of the game.

Stormwall vs Butcher Round2

This was the 2nd game I played with the stormwall against the very same pButcher player. Because the first game was so short, we just used the same army list to play another game. And yes, Nemo3 is still cheap.

This is the first of two games I've had as a Cygnar player and with the stormwall to boot. I've had to proxy a lot since the only Cygnar model I actually had was the stormwall and well....it wasn't fully assembled yet...

NeLi's Ice Cream

So I tried this new Ice Cream place down at Upper Thomson Road. Apparently a LOT of dessert places have been popping up along that stretch of road; ranging from Udders to Salted Caramel to Wafflelicious. Now this is the newest one that has popped up so far. 

Old Witch Vs Hexeris

So this time, it's the Old Witch vs Skorne. It's my 2nd time testing her out and hopefully I've gotten a better hang of it by now. Still made a lot of stupid mistakes though.

The Dark Knight Rises

Right, so I've managed to catch "The Dark Knight Rises" and frankly, I found it a bit disappointing. Spoilers abound.

Old Witch vs eBaldur

This was the 2nd game I played with the circle dude in the same evening, mostly because we finished our previous game pretty quickly. He chose to use the same list and I was thinking of it as well but chose to try out Old Witch in the end. 

Legend of Korra

So I marathoned Legend of Korra with a few friends. To be honest, I thought the show was pretty good. A hell lot better than a lot of other shows during the same season. Yes, I'm looking at you, writers of Thundercats -_-

eButcher vs eBaldur

Two warcasters; both epic versions and both whose names start with a B. Two go in, only one comes out.


I'll be honest. I like playing eButcher. His style of randomness injects something I find interesting into games. Plus the homicidal maniac + ravager combo is always fun to pull off.

The Amazing Spider-Man

Right, I was supposed to catch the sneak preview of the Amazing Spider-man on the 25th of June but because I had to fly overseas to suddenly meet a client, I wasn't able to and only just managed to watch it. 


So how is it? Well, in some ways it's better than the previous trilogy and in some ways, it's not as good. I hesitate to use the word worse because it's not a bad film in any way, just that some things felt lacking in the film.
