So I just had my first game of Planetfall; using the 2 player starter box, and I honestly found it pretty good.
So there's an XCOM board game now and it uses an app.
This game must be doing very well, because my LGS owner was telling me how he had ordered 20 since October last year but so far, he had only received 2. After playing it, I can sort of understand why.
Probably the best movie I've seen this year and probably the last few months. This was an incredibly witty and charming movie, which somehow manages to include spectacular action scenes. How could I not like this?
So I've recently been getting into Dropzone commander; and as such I've bought the 2 player starter set that comes with 2 factions, the rulebooks and some map tiles and card terrain.
Kyou Kara Ore wa is what I would consider one of the classics of gag manga. How old is it? It was serialised in the 1980s and despite that, its brand of humor is still very relevant today.
This is probably a really bad match-up for me but I'm tied into it due to a league.
A black comedy of errors that manages to be decent enough to watch. Although seriously, this is more of a drama than anything else. Warning, spoilers abound.
Short history; Dust Studios used to be partnered with FantasyFlight Games for distribution but eventually switched to Battlefront and together they launched a kickstarter (link) last year with Battlefront taking the money as the distribution arm and paying Dust Studios for the production.
